Rukongai

The 'suburbs' of the Soul Society- the dead with pure enough hearts to have a comfortable existence reside here, and only the souls with determination and power can advance to be anything more than another wandering entity.

Rukongai Districts

Rukongai is divided into 320 districts (80 in North Rukongai, 80 in West Rukongai, etc.), each numbered in descending order on how far they are from the center; this results in the higher-numbered (and farther) districts decaying into slums. Thus, while District 1 is peaceful and lawful, antiseptic and pictureesque, District 80 is a hardscrabble, violent, crime-infested area. The duties of the Gotei 13 Divisions include defending allocated districts of Rukongai- However, the splitting of what division is in charge of which district is slightly blurry.

Outlands

The vast fields that seem to stretch on for eternity, out side of the Rukongai. Their purposes range from the stage of blood thirsty spars and duels, to peaceful napping places.

Seireitei

Like the gated community of the Soul Society, only the deeply privileged and those who work beneath the Captains take lodging here.

Gotei 13

Official headquarters of the captains, guard squad members, royal task force, disciplinary unit, demon and black ops and their most trusted seats.

Shinigami Academy

The place where Soul Reapers in training live and go to school, striving to be the next big captain.

Training Grounds

A large pavilion which includes indoor and outdoor training facilities, where Captains, Squad Members and Students alike can train, side by side. This also includes a deep catacomb, locked and under extreme guard, containing fearsome hollows which only Captains are allowed to train on.

Infirmary

The hospital, headed by Squad 4, in case of injury or incident within the Seireitei.

Ins and Outs

Unspecific places within the Seireitei, between corridors and housing areas.
